  • This school is ok. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to have a good time. They are prejudiced toward certain groups and it is obvious. I am lg(b)tq and they had a group for us but they did everything in their power to get it dismantled. It was hard while I was there; not being able to mix and mingle like I really wanted to. The food is subpar and will leave you constipated. I had it great because my parents GI bill paid for my education but if it was not for that this school is ridiculously priced. They raised the tuition just to pay for a football stadium. Some of my friends graduated and some did not. It was really a waste of my time and a waste of some of my good years to be free.

  • There is so much this school will promise you and every bit of it is a lie. They promise scholarships and after you commit they become loans and you are in debt with them from day 1. They claim to be non profit but the higher ups constantly brag about their salaries while telling you to make sure to pay off your debts. The food is absolute garbage. One of my friends ended up with a blocked intestine! They are a Southern baptist entity but at times you can feel evil energy when you walk around certain parts of campus. They are definitely anti lgbtq so if you are a part of that community please don’t go to this school. You can be a top tier student and still get treated like crap once they find out you are not heterosexual. I have a couple of friends that can verify that fact. They also have a terrible retention rate because of these things. Most people don’t stay longer than their 2nd year and that’s mainly because it is not affordable and they will not try to help you to stay. Once they know you are having financial troubles they will do everything they can to keep you from being able to stay enrolled simply because they know you are already in debt with them. I honestly believe its a tactic to keep people down and not allow them to prosper beyond what their institution sees fit. Even though you won’t notice it at first they don’t care much for people of color either. However they have a quota to meet so you will see poc there, mostly Indian international students.
