This university in Cambodia uses English textbooks to create an impressive image, but in fact the students can not read or comprehend the textbooks. I taught a math course at this university. After the first month I learned that the university has no placement testing to qualify students’ for a course involving natural logarithms, factorials, and other math topics. By the middle of the course, all of the students in the class were failing, but the administration did not care. They don’t mind if the students fail because they receive twice the money when the students repeat the course.
The administration was incompetent and inappropriate. When I resigned my position, the assistant director Rothsophal Nguon made comments to a personal friend of mine who is a staff member, stating that she should not have any relationship with me because I have “mental problems.”
This is a profitable business pretending to be a school. I give this “university” the lowest possible rating.”
