Zero stars…my girls (twins) are trying to attend high school (an early college high school) where they are to register with this college along with one other. They are 14 years old. My girls are a week behind so far in getting to go to school because Aims kept trying to combine their applications because it seems implausible to them that twins exist. Then they refuse to help with getting their student ID numbers; telling me it’s a IT issue and such, and that only my girls can take care of it. At 14 years old it is still my responsibility to enroll them in school. They aren’t 19 or 20 yet. I said the word “damn” and they told me they don’t need to hear that type of language and hung up on me. Yet they are making it impossible for my 14 year old girls to go to high school because they can’t, won’t or don’t know how to do their job…get confused by the existence of twins…and are completely offended by the word “damn.” When my girls do go to college, they won’t be going to this one.
Doesn’t teach what student was told. Could take an online course and learn just as much.
