7 Student Reviews of Anthem College : Online

  • I graduated with 2 degrees in 2013. I don’t know why people are having issues with their degrees because I haven’t had a problem at all. I had tons of help with job searching once I did graduate, but family and medical issues forced me to have to wait until now to actually begin working tin the chosen field. I have met with and spoken with multiple attorneys in several different states and not one of them has said anything derogatory to say about with my degrees or Anthem. I have a few friends who didn’t complete due to the school closing, but they had no issues with getting credits transferred to other schools or getting their course/class/grading information.

  • I owe students loans for classes I never took at this online joke of a school and the courses I did pass the school wouldn’t release them to me. Wanted me to pay again to get the completed class grades

  • This school is a joke. I wish I did more research when it came to looking for a college. All they care about is stealing money from students, who they claim they will help find you a job after you graduate. It took them over 6 weeks to put me on Extern after completing the program. They lied to me that my extern site would be turned into a real job, when it came to the time of finishing I asked and found out that the school was told my position was never going to be a job, because they were not hiring. I worked my butt off getting perfect attendance in all my classes and getting all A’s and B’s for all my classes. The only people who got special recognition were the people who slacked off big time in class and got special treatment. You call them out on it and they tell you its because they are going through something, well guess what we are all going through something that’s why we are trying to better ourselves and go to college to get that good job. Teachers get fired for no reason. Beth who is the dean of the campus is a joke. She pretends to be there for the students, but she isn;t, it is just another job for her. A student was kicked out for cheating and guess what because this girl and Beth was good friends she was let back into the school. She was disrespectful to all her students and Beth and this girl Britney Rudolph would text each other during class time hours. You go and bring your problems up to Ron Lonzzo and Mark Young who are the executive directors of this school and it feels like it is a waste of time. They stepped in so I would not take them to court for discrimination and pretended to care about my needs, but now that is all said and done it was only to shut me up. Julie who is supposed to help students find jobs after graduation is a joke. She has not helped me in one way or the other. The only thing she did was send me website links to send an application in, and most of those links you can find on your own and apply without their help. She says she will call on behalf of you, well if that was the case why did I not get a call back. Most of the jobs out there require work experience, but how are we supposed to get it, if no one wants to even give us the chance to gain work experience through them. THIS IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!!!! The people are a bunch of crooks and you do not gain anything from being there. They only care about themselves, I say this because if they did care, they would have fired a bunch of people when all my problems were addressed to them. I hope Anthem College in Brookfield, WI gets shut down.

  • Ok..first off the degree is a total waste of money….as a former employee of this joke of a college cubicle call center i felt bad after burying student 30 thousand dollars in debt that they will never be able to pay back……All this place cares about is enrolling you taking your money and screwing you over…LISTEN WHEN I TELL YOU THIS. YOU CAN GO TO A COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR NOT EVEN HALF THE PRICE AND ITS REGIONALLY ACCREDITED. THIS PLACE IS A DEGREE MILL..IT HAS A NATIONAL ACCREDITATION WHICH IS WORTHLESS TO MOST SCHOOLS. Theres a 95% chance the credits wont transfer out of any of these junk degree programs. The so called Director of Admissions Is Glen is a former used car salesman who decided to get in the education business to prey on uncle sams money. All they care about is enrolling you..Ask the college will any of the credits transfer and they will tell you something from the script that keeps them in compliance with the department of ed so they wont get fined to keep getting students and enrolling them.If your going to waste 300000$ (WHICH YOU WILL PAY FOR THE WORTHLESS DEGREE) go to university of phoenix, Or find a regionally accredited school so the credits have a better chance of transferring. You will want to transfer after you find out this place is a joke…All of the students that this college preys on are minorities….people from the ghetto inner city who have not researched that this college is 100% rip off. They know your not smart enough to research this so they run tv commercials in the highly populated areas with minorties and people that are poor with criminal histories…and prey on them. I am Not a disgruntled employee by any means…I just feel bad for all the students that enroll in this rip off degree program…think there going to be a police officer business professional etc…. after enrolling in this 20 month CRAP I MEAN CRAP ASSOCIATES DEGREE for 30,000$. Looks like glen the used car salesman is winning Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!!!!!!! OH AND BY THE WAY NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY ATTENDS SCHOOL THERE BECAUSE THEY KNOW ITS A JOKE!!!!! ASK YOUR SO CALLED ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR IF THEY ARE ENROLLED?? HAHA THEY WILL PROBABLY LIE AND SAY THEY ARE….LAST WORDS OF WISDOM……….GO TO A COMMUNITY COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TAKE THAT GLEN!!!!!!!!!!!!……………////////////////////……………………………

  • I’m a very recent employee of Anthem Online College and Im very curious if any of the positive reviews about this school are real? I know for a fact as a recent employee that the office setting here in Phx, Az on Bell Rd. has employed many immature people to be handling the business aspect of this company. It is not uncommon for supervisors to be having sexual relationships with co-workers in the online department mainly a senior by the name of Josh.

  • I am a current student in the paralegal program. I love the school and have enjoyed the classes so far. The advisors are great and so are the professors.

  • I am a gradutae from the criminal justice program at Anthem College Online and I loved the school so much that I am returning this semister to obtain my BS in criminal justice. The people from admissions to the instructors truly care about your education. Learning online is a challange but they are there to help every step of the way. Being able to go to school on my own time made getting a degree possible for me. I believe in this school so much that I now have my 18 year old daughter attending. I would recommend this school to everyone.
Your books are mailed to your home so there is no sitting by the computer for hours reading, your weekly exams can be started and saved if you can not finish them, the interaction between yourself, classmates and your instructor are helpful. Over all I am so glad I went to Anthem Online and not one of the other “online schools”.
Great school gets a AAAAAAAA+ from me!!!
