I have gone to ITT for the past 4 years and I have not found a more disorganized and misleading school in the entire state of Nebraska, first they make it sound as if they are going to give you hands on training and get you a job by placement or helping you find work.
The only thing that they did to help me find a job was zero. Their version of helping you find a job is mock interviews and what they call job leads, basically all they do is say “Here is the newest job openings in the area and here is how to apply”. There is no placement of any kind and there is no real assistance in helping you find work.
I even talked with a guy who is the Vice President of the ITT school and they wont even comment on my complaints because they know how lax they are in their career training and their lack of help.
Not only that, but if you go to school here, be prepared to be stuck at the school if you want to get further education, because their credits will “not” transfer. I tried for a long time transferring from ITT Tech to University of Nebraska, and they told me that the credits would not transfer and they told me that I would have to retake all the courses that I took at ITT Technical Institute.
So I do not recommend going to this school because they lie in their adds and they do not deliver what they promise.
The bottom line is that they do not deliver a decent education with their out of date curriculum and the software that I was trained on is no longer used.
The teachers are great but the school is not.
In other words “Don’t go there”.
