If you try to make constructive changes it is not accepted well. AND the review your instructor paperwork is a joke. Why fill them out when nothing is ever done about them. My suggestion is you meet with the classroom (w/o) the instructor and ask them what they would like to change. One instructor I had yelled or sighed every day in class!! and actually told us she did not have time for this!
