One student review of Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science

  • Jibbie says:

They refuse to take care of a major thorn in theior side— their front office secretary Janice is miserable.
The campus is in the ghetto of pittsburgh. Price of program is equal to most, but they charge for everything, including printing. The computers are old and outdated. They staff leaves at 3:00 everyday and will kick you out, no matter what.
The president is a figurehead who is never around to address student needs. The dress code is not enforced. Professors curse through out lectures (well, a few of them do). You get the bottom of the barrel with the faculty. They know the information, just not how to teach it.
Also, 70 students are crammed into one tiny room.
Wish I had gone with my other top choice- American Academy McAllister Institite, which is fully online.
