    South Dakota State University is a great school, with great teachers. However, the town it’s in, Brookings, is one of the most depressing towns on earth, and it’s full of dumb farm kids who really think there pretty special living it up in the city. So yeah, great school, backwords town and people.

    SDSU is a great school with potential for being even better. The surrounding community is just okay, but even they are trying to improve. Jobs and housing are plentiful. You get a very good education without spending ridiculous private school money. Lots of parties and lots of cops, but thats no big deal for those of us with brains.
