2 student reviews of Webb Institute

  • Tim Siepmann says:

One of the best and most unique engineering schools out there. Arguably the best in its field, at least nationally, with a strong curriculum, generally good professors, and excellent networking opportunities. The downsides include very high workload (six hours of homework a night is relatively common), and being located in a city with not that much to do. Fortunately, New York City is only a short drive away. The camaraderie among the students is unparalleled, as expected seeing how much time they spend together.
    Overall Score: (4.73/5.00)

  • Barr Turner says:

Webb is an amazing place to go to school. The rigorous course work, combined with a unique environment and real world experienced, makes for an unparalleled quality of education. I can’t see myself anywhere else.

Webb is an awesome college that is unlike any other. It lacks some of the things that “normal” college has but will make up for it with lifelong relationships and opportunities you wouldn’t get anywhere else. Everyone who graduates leaves with a great education and a high-quality degree as a very marketable engineer.

    Overall Score: (4.82/5.00)
