I need your assistance regarding the resolving of a dispute with VUT.
I completed my third year in Safety management in 2011 at the Secunda campus. When I requested my final results the campus refused to give my results and informed me that I did not have exemption for the exam due to the fact that I did not attend classes in the last semester. I had an arrangement with the facilitators at campus in this regard. I could not attend classes due to my relocation in August 2011 and they granted my permission not to attend class and still write the exam.
There is funds outstanding due to this dispute. I’m withholding settlement of the fees until we can come to an satisfactory agreement.
Who will be able to assist me in this regard. I have spoken to Management at the Secunda campus and to a Dr I think it was Dr Mokoena but with no success.
I need to register as a Professional with SACPCMP and urgently request some assistance in the above mentioned.
