Well I am an international student studying at The University of Texas at Tyler. It is my first semester and first time away from home i.e. Nepal. Being away from home is difficult and on top of it if the culture is totally different then its worst. But luckily I did not have to go through all the emotional turmoil. I found my second home at UT Tyler. The faculty is warm and welcoming. The students are also nice and kind. You will find friends around the university. The great thing about UT Tyler is its atmosphere. It is peaceful throughout the day. It is far away from all the hustle and bustle of big city. All these help you to concentrate in your study. Moreover, the professor are really helpful and are available all the time. They will give you proper guidance and at times help you to boost your career by giving advice about how to write resumes, how to act in an interview and so on. I am really enjoying my stay here at UT Tyler. It is in a true sense “Home Away from Home”.
