    Everything Grom mentioned.

The town itself is perfect if you are a religious nut, a fundie, whatever.
The college is pretty much the same. Super cliquish along the religious lines, very judgmental and gossipy.
Quality of life? Besides relatively clean air, not so much.

Only nice if you are married with kids and are churchy, other than that.
    Big time Blah.

    Overall Score: (1.55/5.00)

Well it is in Alamosa, Co. The college itself suck. For the longest period they were housing students in a bed-bug ridden motel because the dorms were incomplete, this went on for months.
If you aren’t a religious nutjob (Catholic, Christian, Mormon), you will be alone.
If you aren’t already married with kids or plan on going that route than fat chance you’ll ever meet anyone.
The professors are mediocre at best and what you get for the price is highly questionable.
    Good luck!
