Lambton college in Toronto a.k.a. Cestar College accepts international students mostly from India and peripheral countries. When you go into the building on Yorkland Blvd you feel like being in India rather than Canada.
Education quality is not good at all and I have seen lots of students cheating during exams. Most of them even do not attend the classes regularly since they work in irregular jobs and paid in cache. Instructors do never want to see these facts since the only thing they interest is the money coming from those students.
