Matthew Hawes, Senior Vice President of Marketing (bad prospective student leads) and Admissions (the department at many schools where he ruined the credit and lives of tens of thousands of students)…has a blazenned trail of litigation that has caused his release/fired…from at least 2 of the Four that I am aware of.
He braggs about his receiving in excess of $30k a month in bonus checks while at Univ of Phx…”back in the day”.
Today he yields an attitude with a brash sense of poor charachter, with a bad equillibrium for business and success. His last 3 stints since the major lawsuit at UoP ($274mil us) he has managed to have two close…the online admissions office in Utah where he worked as both an admissions director and instructor…and Lincoln College Online, where he was acting VP Admissions-he gutted the department, and after just 4 months the retention, or number of students that stayed longer than 3 Weeks, fell 15%.
The stint at Granthem University lasted a mere 4 months, where a class action lawsuit was filed shortly after he and his associate, Gretchen Lammle, were released for a number of labor law violations stemming from forcing employees to arrive at work 20 minutes early to prepare for work off the clock, before their shift started. Also accessing Admissions Representative ADP Payroll files and removing their overtime.
Simply put…Matthew’s priorities have set a trend in the field of registering people for secondary education. He’s become a ruthless administrator that has managed to stick a chain of deceipt stretching from his days at UoP to the doors at Pinnacle Career Institute…where the trend is your friend.
