The boreal college is racial college, and it puts the profit before the students. when you make complain even to the president it seems like you are putting yourself in fire. some teachers need to take teaching methodology, and psychology. I can t beleave how most teachers aren t qualified. the Boreal College administration make decission whenever it wants no article to explain it. Boreal College pool service. Boreal college needs change. Boreal college needs to respect its students.
My daughter attended College Boreal in Sudbury ontario canada for the university program for bachelor of Nursing degree she was charged almost 4000.00 for the first semester and was passing all courses except one just fine but for the research and report writing course she was having trouble from the very beginning. She approached the teacher both alone and with the rest of the class to get better explanations of the assignments and was told to read the silibus repeatedly and when they told the teacher that they couldn’t find the answers there was told to figure it out by themselves and repeatedly failed with their efforts when they complained to the dean and directors of the area she was told not to worry something would be done…nothing was. So she went and asked for a tutor which they agreed to provide and then never did. Despite every effort she was failed in this course by 11% then she was dropped from the program…she was not given any options…not allowed to repeat the course…not allowed to meet with the teacher or director to discuss options etc…when approached they refused to give her the time of day. I feel this was basically a money grab in which they did not provide a qualified teacher to teach this course in exchange for the money we paid them to teach her. In fact this teacher already had been suspended for a year for marking and teaching unfairly but still they brought him back and allowed him to do again. I will not be wasting any more of my hard earned money on this college that is for sure!!!!!
