  Sprott Shaw has got to be the worst College out there!! The instructors are very bad and do not know how to teach. The administration could care less about the students and lie to them all the time. If you have a problem they will do nothing. If you are unfortunate enough to be going to the College and have a problem contact the PCTIA immediately, do not waste your time messing around with Sprott Shaws complaint process. They will drag it out forever on purpose to try and pass the 6 month limit that PCTIA has to receive a complaint. PCTIA has the power to force Sprott Shaw to return your money if they determine that Sprott Shaw was in the wrong. It is especially important to complain about the instructors changing constantly which seems to always happen. Shame on you Sprott Shaw for taking advantage of vulnerable mostly immigrant students. You are responsible for killing many peoples dream and burden them with 10 year loans. Sprott Shaw should be put out of business!!!

  Sprott Shaw is a ripoff. This is a for profit College who’s reputation is very bad. It seems their only priority is to get lots of your money. The instructors are horrible and they seem to quit regularly, I assume due to the fact that they are not professional and are not treated well by the College. The tuition is rediculusly high and you get nothing for it except a loan to pay off. Employers in general do not hire Sprott Shaw graduates due to the poor training. Anyway instead go for a real College that has a good reputation. Do your research, its easy to see how bad Sprott Shaw is if you check the internet.

  Stay Clear of this palce!! Sprott Shaw is a gong show. The instructors are horrible. They do not hold a teaching degree and have no clue how to teach. You might as well do an online course at least it will be organized. One of the most frusterating things is instructors quit or leave in the middle of the courses and you have to get used to yet another useless instructor, its all very confusing. The administratin are very dishonest and the only thing they are good for is to pressure you into a 10 year student loan. After they get their money from the student loan they could careless about you. Save yourself the nightmare and go to a real College even if you have to wait you will be glad you did.
  Anyone having a problem with Sprott Shaw should not waste time trying to resolve it with the College they will only waste your time. Instead go directly to PCTIA, they have the power to force Sprott Shaw to return your money if they have screwed up, which they always do. Also you have to make the complaint within 6 months so get started right away as Sprott Shaw is aware of this and will drag things out as long as they can!!
