They are least concerned about education or academics. It is a big bureaucratic machinery. Systemically impoverished because hardly they care to be honest and genuine. They just enjoy having a huge slavedom of faculty and staff maintained with the money supplied by the students. Nothing more. It has infrastructure, even good faculty. They even manage to get good students. But, ugly mentality, gossips, incompetent and totally controlled faculty, bad institution heads, and with thoroughly unacademic Vice Chancellor… and administration by excessively loyal and arrogant retired army professionals… too much of unbearable sycophancy for its ‘founder’… bad chains of control… vicious administration… all these things have spoilt the place … but, recoverable if they appoint really good heads of institutions and good quality Vice Chancellor and stop indulging in excessive sycophancy… At present the place is a hell. It is made into hell by VC and her supporting institutional heads… among whom hardly there are any one is genuinely academic….
